Weekly Meetings TBD
Work Hours TBD
Our Game Department acts as its own game development team, building a wide variety of games. We believe in the idea of learning through immersion, so
every member of ACM SIGGRAPH Games, no matter their skill level or ability, is involved with the development of each game. We are currently working with Java 2 Mobile Edition to create a completely new phone for cell phones, but in the coming months we plan on using the XNA developers environment, as well as some commercially available game engines, such as Gamebryo and the Unreal Engine.
We highly encourage those with interests in game design, concept art,
programming, modeling, animation, lighting, and graphics hardware to join
our talented Game Dev Team. No experience is necessary; only motivation and
zealous dedication are required to take part in Penn's first and only game
development organization! Please direct all inquiries to the game department
chair, Ted Aronson (aronson AT seas DOT upenn DOT edu).
